Day 16: Tramore (meaning big beach)

After our first night in Tipperary, we had an excellent lie in, before Harshi went all out in the kitchen to prepare us a full Irish breakfast. It was absolutely delicious and I ate all of mine up very quickly. We then set off for the south coast and after about 45 minutes we were in Tramore.

It was sunny but (very) windy and we had a walk along the beach. It was huge and flat and the sea was aqua blue...and Harshi told us it has the longest promenade in Europe.
We found a spot away from the wind and sat down for a rest.

We had panini's for lunch (I had cucumber, turkey & cheese in mine 🍞) by the sea and soaked up the sunshine. Then, when I heard we were going to the funfair, I was filled with joy! First, saw a ride which was called 'No. 1', so we paid the man and hopped on it. We were so excited and I was sitting with Danny and daddy was in the middle (see the picture below). The ride went round and round then up and down and round - I was really scared as we seemed to be up in the sky and the speed felt amazingly fast!

Next, we played in the bumper cars 🚘, and then Danny and I went into the 'mystery hotel'. It was an adventure quest to find your way back to the start. 👻. Finally, we went on the best ride 'Extreme'!! It went at about 120 mph and I thought I was going to slip out. It went so fast that my loose tooth was about to fall out. Then, the ride stopped and the man said "do you want another go" and we all shouted "YEESSSSSS". And off we went - it was the ride of our life that we had been waiting for!

After we had spat bol, we walked up the road 3 minutes to the cousins beautiful house and had a radicked play on the trampoline and in the garden. There was a field full of cattle nearby which was fun to see.
Another GREAT day!
